Policies regarding cancellations/rescheduling, refunds, and booking fees:
All prices are quoted in US dollars and all payments must be paid in US dollars. I accept Visa, MasterCard, Venmo, and PayPal for the retainer/booking fee.
Final payment of the tour fee is due 10 days prior to the tour date.
Trip retainers/booking fees are non-refundable. All payments made towards any tours or workshops that are discounted or are otherwise promotional in nature are also non-refundable. Acceptance of any participant is subject to receipt and review of all required forms, documents, and payment.
If final payments are not received by your tour's respective due date, then I reserve the right to treat your reservation as canceled, as per my cancellation & refund policy.
I must receive written notice of your cancellation, at which time cancellation fees in the following amounts apply:
60 or more days prior to the tour: Fees returned to you except for the non refundable retainer/booking fees.
59 days prior to the tour: 50% of the fees paid except for the retainer/booking fees are returned to you.
Within 5 days of the tour: No refunds are available.
No partial refunds are made for unused portions or services of guided tours for any reason whatsoever. Tours are sold as a package only.
All my workshops & tours are subject to the realities of the natural world. Although I will do everything in my power to stay on the itinerary, circumstances including but not limited to permit availability, weather, snowpack, wildlife, park or public land closures, and forest fires can affect my itineraries. Payments are not refundable for any itinerary change.
I do not offer full or partial refunds for travel delay/disruption. For example, if a flight is delayed and as a result you miss your scheduled day, you are responsible for arranging alternate activities during a delay, travel support, extra hotel stays or related expenses. I will do my best to accommodate the change in schedule but I may already be booked out for alternative days.
Ambers Impressions Photography reserves the right to cancel guided tours. Ambers Impressions Photography is not responsible for additional expenses incurred preparing for the trip (for example: non-refundable advance purchase air tickets, clothing, equipment, visa fees, medical expenses, etc.).
Rescheduling/Transfer Policy
If you transfer or reschedule from one tour to another tour OR choose another date: 10 or less days prior to the trip start date, there is a $50.00 administrative fee (please note on some guided tours there are exceptions to this rule such as if I have had to make hotel accommodations for myself). Discounted or otherwise promotional pricing is not transferable. Less than 59 days prior to the trip's start date, regular cancellation and refund policies will apply.
